Puzzle the magnificent, natural wonder of Niagara Falls where over 750,000 gallons of water flow over the edge every second!
Get a rush of pleasure piecing together the majestic beauty captured in our Niagara Falls puzzle! Our lovely illustration shows the American, Bridal Veil and Horseshoe (Canadian) falls, with high-rising hot air balloons hovering over the famous Maid of the Mist. Did you know four of the five Great Lakes (Superior, Michigan, Huron, and Erie) drain into the Niagara River before emptying into Lake Ontario? These five Great Lakes make up almost one-fifth of the world’s fresh water supply!
The Niagara River has generated electricity for over 100 years, but the power doesnt come from the water going over the falls. Instead, water upriver is diverted into pipes and tunnels leading to generating stations on both the American and Canadian sides. The flow over Niagara Falls is reduced at night to divert more water to the stations without diminishing its natural beauty during the peak viewing hours.
From the Canadian Series, this 1,000-piece jigsaw puzzle combines captivating imagery with clean-cut pieces and Ravensburgers perfect interlocking fit for a most pleasurable puzzling experience! Our puzzles are crafted with an extra-thick backing along with our superior, linen-structured paper, so the printed image is vibrant, crisp, and glare-free.
